New customers

As a first-time customer, you are eligible to receive a complimentary Seal’N Freeze box with your first order of Seal’N Freeze trays. Simply add the desired quantity of trays, plus the Seal’N Freeze box, to your cart in our online store. When checking out, enter the promo code “FREEBOX” and the price of the Seal’N Freeze box will be deducted from your order total.

If your lab regularly freezes more than 25 samples per week, we encourage you to take advantage of our subscription plan to skip the frequent re-ordering process. You can subscribe to receive a refill of trays eitherevery 6 months (best for labs freezing around 25 samples per week) or every 3 months (best for labs freezing around 50 samples per week). Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

To create a subscription, simply add either of the recurring tray products (every 3 months or every 6 months) to your cart and go to checkout. You will be prompted to create a new account upon checkout. Depending on the subscription plan you select, trays will automatically be shipped to the address specified in your account. You will be billed each time the trays are shipped.

If higher quantities of trays are needed, we are happy to work with your lab to customize your subscription plan. Please contact our customer support team to get started.

If you are using the Seal’N Freeze box and trays for the first time, please review our detailed user manual or brief instructional video to get started.

Returning customers

To change your delivery frequency, you must cancel your current subscription and purchase the subscription for your desired delivery frequency. Your current subscription information can be reviewed via the Subscriptions page.

To increase delivery frequency:

You must cancel your “every 6 months” subscription via the Subscriptions page, and purchase the every 3 months subscription plan to increase your delivery frequency.

If you require more than 150 trays every 3 months, please contact our contact our customer support team to discuss customizing your subscription plan.

To reduce delivery frequency:

You must cancel your “every 3 months” subscription via the Subscriptions page, and purchase the every 6 months subscription plan to decrease your delivery frequency.

Your billing and shipping information can be updated via the Subscriptions page.

Your Seal’N Freeze subscriptions can be managed and cancelled via the Subscriptions page. To cancel your recurring deliveries of Seal’N Freeze trays, click on the “View” button for the subscription you wish to cancel. On the subscriptions page, select the “Cancel” button to cancel your subscription.
